I understand it can be most frustrating as an online shopper that you are not able to find out Shipping/postage costs until right at the end of the whole process, so I have put this guide below to help give you a close estimate before you reach the final stages of checkout.

AUSTRALIAN RATES

Standard Shipping up to 4kg or 40ltrs- $10.90

(approx 3 cushions)

Standard Shipping 4kg or 40ltrs & over - $20.90

Free shipping for orders over $180

This does exclude extra large orders, selected pieces and regional W.A, N.T, Far north QLD and remote areas.

For extra large items such as our wall decor, stools or extra large orders, etc. an invoice via paypal will be sent for any extra shipping costs or if you live in a regional area as decided by our couriers you will be notified of any extra shipping costs also & invoiced via paypal.

Orders will not be booked for pickup until any extra monies are paid. Please note we don't usually refund for not checking with this first. So please be sure your okay for this to happen. 

If you would like to be sure please email prior to purchase. 

Our large Wall decor is charged separately the $20.90 standard rate, as they need to ship separate from any other items purchased.

1kg - 3kg - $38.00

3kg - 5kg Max Weight - $56.00

Free Shipping for orders over $200

We can definitely ship to the USA on request. Please email if you would like to organise a purchase.

I try very hard to keep Shipping & postage costs to a minimum for the customer,

as I realise that once we have selected our items we don't wish to have a big shipping amount added later.

All shipping costs are calculated and added during checkout.

FREE SHIPPING for Australian orders $180.00+

Will exclude Larger items, such as Mirrors & wall art pieces as these will need to be shipped separately.

If you live in a regional area an invoice for any added shipping costs will be sent via Paypal & need to be paid before your order is booked for pickup.. 

Refunds are not usually given for not checking first, so please be sure this is okay.

All orders are processed within a 24 hour period and are delivered to you within 3-10 days - this will vary if you live remotely or in W.A & Northern Australia.

Delivery is mostly via Australia Post, Sendle, Aramax or Packsend Courier Services. All parcels will be given 'authority to leave' at the given address, unless otherwise stated. Please make sure there is a safe place for your parcel to be left.

If you require your item/s to be delivered via Express post please email first and you will be given an Express Postage quote.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

If you wish to have your package delivered to one, please email first and a quote will be supplied, as they can only be delivered via Aust Post and the cost for large parcels will increase.

Coastal Boheme Collective will NOT be held responsible for any postage delays or damage that may occur during transit. This will need to be taken up with the delivery service, please email or message in theunfortunate  event that this occurs and I will do my most to help resolve the issue.
